About Mastig This store is operated by Mast Pet Ind. e Com. de Produtos para Animais Ltda., a Brazilian company registered in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil, trading internationally under the brand name Mastig.
Products All Mastig products are all-natural, dehydrated pet treats manufactured in Brazil under HACCP food safety standards and certified by the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA). Products are intended for animal consumption only and must be used under adult supervision. Keep out of reach of children. Always provide fresh water when offering treats to your pet.
Pricing & Currency All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Mastig reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. The price charged at the time of purchase is final.
Payment We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
International Orders & Customs By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that the importation of animal-derived pet treats is permitted in your country. You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and associated fees. Mastig is not liable for delays, seizures, or costs incurred during customs clearance.
Limitation of Liability Mastig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Intellectual Property All content on this store — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Mast Pet Ind. e Com. de Produtos para Animais Ltda. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Londrina, Paraná, Brazil.
